The 53,240 SF new YMCA will be a centerpiece within the surrounding neighborhood, which is planned for future redevelopment.  The building showcases state-of-the-art venues, including an aquatics center, gymnasium, and wellness center. Other features include a KidsZone, lap and therapy pools, an accessible water slide, a spin room, group exercise rooms, a demonstration kitchen, and three multipurpose rooms. The prominent use of glass promotes healthy living, allows for visual connections between programs, and will bring in natural light throughout the building.
