Renovation of existing 6,615 SF 1950’s previously used as a fellowship hall.  The building had been vacant for some time and was in a state of disrepair.  The renovation brought new life to the main downtown corridor in the form of the office building as well as 15 new jobs.  The Owners wanted to renovation to be consistent with the existing mid-century modern form of the building. Large openings were cut into the existing southern wall to allow natural daylight in the space. The majority of the parking was removed and in it’s place the landscaping was developed to create an inviting entrance and enhance the overall development.  The Owner also adopted the Fort George park to the South and renovated it as well to include new landscaping and irrigation.
